Typically the image for commercial and retail are used to attract tenants to the development. By using CGI’s the images can be modified to suit the specific target i.e. they can easily be shown with the specific signage or colour schemes of the target tenant.
The Business Park project shows an excellent cross section of commercial images and a scale model. Note the stand on which the model sits was also supplied by VIZIT.
