Building and selling residential property generally involves a large financial commitment up front for the developer. In the ideal market property sells off the plans thereby reducing the financial exposure. By using the VIZIT range of services, the materials required to produce the marketing and sales material, whether it be for print, web or signage, can be available long before the first sod is turned.
These three sample project show a cross section of the range of services that clients might order on any particular project.
In some cases our initial involvement may be at planning where we create Shadow Studies, Photomontages or Scale Models as part of the planning application. More often we are engaged to provide the sales and marketing material such as Computer Generated Images (CGI’s) of the interior or exterior, 2d floor plan colour ups, 3d floor plans, scale models, animations, signage etc.
